CURORA
(kyoo-roh-rah)
Curated wedding planning rooted in real hospitality, clear communication, and thoughtful execution.
Inspired by the Latin words cura (“care, attention”) and ora (“essence, spirit”), we believe in creating weddings that feel deeply personal, effortlessly elegant, and thoughtfully curated.
Curora creates weddings across the Hudson Valley, the Berkshires, Upstate New York, and the Adirondacks for couples who care deeply about how their wedding feels. Not just how it looks.
You get an organized planning process, steady guidance, and a wedding day that unfolds smoothly and intentionally from start to finish.
Planning that feels calm because it is prepared. You deserve a planning partner who is steady, organized, and deeply familiar with how weddings actually work.
I pay attention to flow, timing, guest comfort, and the dozens of details that shape the experience of a wedding weekend. I manage communication clearly. I anticipate issues before they surface. I step in quietly so you can stay present.
This is not about perfection.
It is about care, preparedness, and hospitality.
Why Work With CuroraThere are many planners who can design something beautiful.
What sets my work apart is how the day actually runs.
I come from a deep hospitality and operations background, not just wedding planning. That means I think about timing, flow, guest comfort, and communication first. I know how venues work. I know how vendor teams move. I know how to keep things calm when plans shift.
I plan with intention and execute with confidence.
I communicate clearly.
I stay steady when things get busy.
You always work directly with me. I take on a limited number of weddings each season so every couple gets my full attention and a planning experience that feels personal, organized, and well supported.
If you value preparedness, calm leadership, and a wedding that feels effortless because it is well run, we will be a great fit.

Couples Are Always Asking Me
Do you work with destination couples or couples planning from out of town?
Yes. Many of my couples live in New York City or out of state. I handle planning, coordination, and communication so you can stay focused on the big picture without constant travel.
How far in advance should we reach out?
Most couples inquire 12 to 18 months before their wedding, especially for peak season dates. If your date is sooner, I am always happy to talk through availability.
Will you be on site for the rehearsal and the full wedding day?
Yes. I am personally on site for the rehearsal when included in your package and present throughout the entire wedding day to oversee details, vendors, and timeline flow.
Do you work with our venue and vendors directly?
Absolutely. I coordinate closely with venues and vendors to ensure clear communication, aligned expectations, and a smooth experience for everyone involved.
How involved are you during the planning process?
That depends on the level of planning support you choose. Regardless of package, you can expect thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a planner who is fully invested in your experience from start to finish.
How do you handle unexpected issues on the wedding day?
With preparation, calm communication, and experience. I build detailed timelines, stay in close contact with vendors, and step in quickly if something shifts. Most issues are handled before couples or guests ever notice, so the day feels smooth and stress free.
